I spent years in the restaurant industry before I ever automated anything. I watched good businesses lose customers to problems that happen when nobody's watching. So I built arugami…and I kept building.
Hudson Catholic High School. Hudson County Community College (stay with me). A decade in restaurants. La Isla in Hoboken? That's my family. Those blue 99¢ bags of cashews at every corner bodega in North Jersey? That's my dad. Most of the hair products you see in every salon in Jersey? That's my uncle Cookie. They all build with kitchens and trucks. I build with AI.
Wife, three kids. Pandemic hit. I taught myself digital marketing, picked up a few clients, and realized fast they needed way more than posts. They needed systems. I've been building ever since.
Before all of this, I was making music and collecting sealed VHS. (I know)
